About this book
Over a hundred essential oils, from wormwood to silver fir, listed alphabetically and described in a clear and accessible manner. For each oil, you’ll find details on how to use it internally and externally, its effects on the body and mind, and the oils and compounds contained within the plant. The author also captures the essence of each oil in a single brief statement, as if the plant itself were speaking.
At the back, there is a comprehensive index of ailments and illnesses, enabling you to quickly find the oil that suits your situation. Even if you’re new to aromatherapy, you can get started with this book: the basics of its use are briefly explained.
