Complaints

I have described the condition of every book and every postcard as accurately as I can under "Condition notes". If a book or postcard nevertheless differs from the description, please contact me, for example by email, and we will look for a solution together.

I am a member of ValuedShops. If we are unfortunately unable to resolve the matter between ourselves, you can turn to ValuedShops (www.valuedshops.com). ValuedShops mediates free of charge. You can check my current ValuedShops membership via their member list. If mediation by ValuedShops does not lead to a solution, you can also submit the complaint to the independent dispute committee designated by ValuedShops. If you choose to do so, costs may be charged to you.
