About this book
During one of his flights, Jamie Forbes picks up a distress signal from Maria Ochoa. Her husband – the pilot – has fallen ill during the flight. Forbes guides her through the landing procedure whilst flying his own small plane alongside hers. He then continues on to his own destination. He is left pondering when Maria tells the newspapers that she is convinced the strange pilot hypnotised her into landing the plane. Did he really hypnotise her? And if so, how? What influence does suggestion have on our lives? Gradually, he unravels an even greater mystery: the true nature of humankind is not bound by space and time.
